Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase or service.
Service deposits
Appointment deposits reserve time and may be non-refundable when cancellation occurs too close to the appointment or when the client does not attend. Where a deposit is refundable, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
Completed services
Because tattoo and piercing services are personal services that cannot be returned after completion, completed services are generally not refundable except where required by law.
Retail products
Unused and unopened eligible retail products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase, unless excluded for hygiene or safety reasons. Contact us before returning an item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
